Welcome. My work is centred around supporting individuals in reconnecting with their inner strength, intuitive awareness, and emotional balance.
Through my own life journey, I came to understand the importance of grounding, healing, and learning to listen inwardly. What began as a personal process of healing gradually became a path of supporting others who are navigating their own experiences of growth, sensitivity, and transformation.
Alongside my teaching and spiritual practice, I am the author of The Auburn Guide: A True Story of Spirit, Survival, and Awakening, a spiritual memoir exploring healing, resilience, and intuitive awakening through lived experience.
