Please read this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in the Online Tarot Course or purchasing any digital products.
By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Digital Course Purchases
The Online Tarot Course is a digital product delivered through secure online access.
Due to the nature of digital content, once access has been granted, the course is considered delivered.
For this reason, refunds are generally not available once the course has been accessed.
A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:
• You were charged incorrectly
• You experienced a technical issue that prevented access and it could not be resolved
• Duplicate payments were made
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• You changed your mind
• You did not complete the course
• You did not find the course suitable for your personal expectations
• You failed to review the course description before purchasing
As the course content is fully described prior to purchase, it is your responsibility to ensure it meets your needs.
Non-Refundable Situations
Cancellations
Online tarot readings are offered at a scheduled time reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded where appropriate. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a £30 administration fee. Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the full session fee will be retained. These policies ensure fairness and protect the time set aside for each client.
Access Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course, please contact us immediately through the Contact page.
We will make every reasonable effort to resolve access issues promptly.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, access to the course may be revoked while the dispute is investigated.
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.
