Hi, I'm Sarah Williams, author of The Auburn Guide, a spiritual teacher and speaker who helps people explore spiritual development, strengthen their intuition and reconnect with themselves through grounded spiritual guidance.
Through my own extraordinary experiences with Spirit, I discovered that awakening isn't something to fear - it's an invitation to reconnect with yourself, trust your intuition and find healing.
My Story
Spirit has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. For many years I tried to live an ordinary life, building a career, raising a family and supporting others. Yet the experiences I couldn't explain never stopped.
Following a deeply personal period of trauma, healing and a profound spiritual awakening, I was repeatedly guided by Spirit to write The Auburn Guide.
What began as my own healing journey became a mission to help others understand that spiritual development doesn't have to be confusing or overwhelming.
